Social Studies



In Social Studies we learned about the 4th and 5th amendment. The 4th amendmenets tells you that the police can't just come into your house. If they ask if they can come in your house, you could say no. BUt i they get a search warrent then they have to come in your house. The police can get a search warrent but going to judge show them your proof that they did something bad and he'll give you a warrent. The 5th Amendment allows you not to say something while in court that will offend you or something. If they ask you a question that you don't like you don't have to answer.
